Children of Incarcerated Caregivers (CIC) advocates for the many children in Minnesota and beyond who have experienced a parent’s incarceration. CIC envisions a world where family connections are honored within justice systems and children impacted by parental incarceration have the support, stability, and opportunity they need to thrive. Rooted in the Twin Cities with global connections, CIC works alongside families, communities, the United Nations, and partner organizations to spread awareness and drive change.
