Children of Incarcerated Caregivers promotes the rights and best interests of children impacted by parental incarceration worldwide.

We conduct in-depth research and collaborate with other NGOs, legal system stakeholders, and persons with lived experience to advocate for legal system and policy change that centers the best interests of children in criminal legal systems when a parent is facing incarceration. We also provide research and advocacy opportunities to students, and connect Minnesota youth to enrichment activities.
